Conditions governing the receipt and use of Nucleaus research assets, including the 2026 Market Map and Sample Matrix Report.
01 — Asset Use
Materials provided by Nucleaus, including the 2026 Market Map and Sample Matrix Report, are shared for your internal review and evaluation. You may use them to assess Nucleaus's capabilities, brief your immediate team, and inform internal decisions about whether to engage further with Nucleaus.
02 — Confidentiality
The materials contain proprietary research, methodology, and analysis. Treat them with the same care you would extend to your own confidential business documents. Do not publish, post to social media, share on public forums, or otherwise distribute them outside your organization without written permission from Nucleaus.
03 — No Redistribution
You may not forward, resell, sublicense, or repackage these materials for distribution to third parties, including clients, prospects, partners, or vendors outside your organization. If a colleague or contact would benefit from access, please direct them to contact us directly.
04 — Attribution
If you reference findings, figures, or excerpts from these materials in internal documents or presentations, attribute them clearly to Nucleaus. Do not misrepresent Nucleaus analysis as your own work or as the output of a third party.
05 — Data Handling
The contact information you provide alongside your asset request is processed for internal inquiry response only. We do not sell, lease, or distribute personal contact data to third parties. We may use it to follow up regarding your inquiry and, with your continued engagement, to send periodic updates about Nucleaus research and offerings.
06 — Accuracy and Liability
Nucleaus prepares its research with care, but markets, infrastructure, and operating conditions change. Materials are provided as informational reference, not as investment, legal, tax, or operational advice. You are responsible for independently validating any conclusions before acting on them. Nucleaus disclaims liability for decisions made in reliance on the materials.
07 — Changes
Nucleaus may update these terms periodically. The version posted at the time you request a given asset governs that request. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
08 — Acceptance
