Privacy Policy
How Nucleaus collects, uses, and protects your information - when you contact us or request research assets, and when you use the Nucleaus Pro subscription service. In this policy, Nucleaus means Nucleaus, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

01 - What We Collect
When you contact us or request research assets, we collect the details you submit through the form: your name, business email, and any subject, message, or resource preferences. When you create a Nucleaus Pro account, we collect your name, business email, and password, held in identity infrastructure we operate. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us; your Google password is never shared with Nucleaus. When you use the service, we also hold your subscription and invoice records, security data about your active sessions (an approximate location derived from IP address and a device description), and your activity in the service: your questions and conversations, starred solutions, and solution card export history.
02 - Weekly Metrics and Email
If you subscribe to weekly metrics on this site, we collect one thing: the business email address you enter. It is used for exactly one purpose - sending you our weekly metrics, with an occasional notice about Nucleaus offerings. Subscribing creates no account. We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with anyone: no third parties, no advertisers, no data brokers, no exceptions. And we will not spam you - the cadence is weekly, and focused on the Nucleaus weekly metric updates. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, with nothing to sign in to and no one to convince; unsubscribing means we stop emailing you, full stop. To have your address deleted entirely, use that link or write to [email protected] and it will be done.
03 - Why We Collect It
To respond to inquiries and deliver requested materials; to provide and operate the Nucleaus Pro service: signing you in, maintaining your subscription, securing your account, preventing abuse, and responding to support requests; and, with your continued engagement, to send periodic updates about Nucleaus research and offerings.
04 - Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card number is entered directly with the processor and never touches Nucleaus servers. We retain your plan and invoice history so you can access them in the service, and billing records are kept as required by tax and accounting law, even after an account is deleted.
05 - What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. There are no third-party advertising trackers on the site or in the service.
06 - How It's Stored
Data is encrypted in transit and held with established cloud infrastructure providers under restricted access, limited to what operating the service requires.
07 - Service Providers
We use a small number of service providers to run Nucleaus: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, network security, and form processing for this website. They process information only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service to us.
08 - Cookies
The site uses minimal first-party cookies and analytics to understand traffic patterns. The service uses cookies necessary to keep you signed in. No third-party trackers, no retargeting.
09 - Retention
Contact-form information is kept while an inquiry or relationship is active; you can request deletion or anonymization at any time. Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your content is removed within 30 days; a minimal deactivation record (your account identifier, email, and name) is retained for 90 days for security and abuse prevention, or up to 7 years where billing occurred, as financial-records law requires. Conversations you remove in the service are permanently deleted within 30 days, and ended sessions are purged after 90 days.
10 - International Transfers
Nucleaus operates from the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. Where users access the service from other regions, including the EU and UK, we rely on our providers' recognized transfer safeguards and protect your information as described in this policy regardless of where you are located.
11 - Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or object to its use. Inside the service, the fastest path is self-serve: Settings > Privacy lets you download your data and clear your conversation history, and Settings > Account manages sessions, password, and account deletion. For anything else, email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.
12 - Children
Nucleaus serves business clients. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
13 - Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically; updates are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
