We do not require additional personal information beyond what's needed to respond to your inquiry.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, deliver any resources you've requested (such as the 2026 Market Map or Sample Matrix Report), and continue the conversation if it leads somewhere useful. With your continued engagement, we may also send periodic updates about Nucleaus research, frameworks, or offerings that we believe would be relevant to your work.
03 — What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, lease, rent, or trade your contact information to third parties. We do not share your details with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. Your information stays within Nucleaus and is used only for the purposes described here.

Form submissions are processed and stored through our hosting and form-handling infrastructure (Netlify), which transmits data over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stores it in access-controlled systems. Internal access is limited to team members who need it to respond to inquiries or fulfill requests.
05 — Cookies and Analytics
Our site may use minimal first-party cookies and standard analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages are visited, how visitors arrive). These tools do not identify you personally. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers on this site.
06 — Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as your inquiry remains active or your relationship with Nucleaus is ongoing. If you ask us to remove your information, or if a relationship has clearly concluded with no expected follow-up, we will delete or anonymize your records.
